
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve tickets raised through Remedy or similar ITSM tools
- Maintain and update SharePoint lists, libraries, and site configurations
- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps
- Build and manage workflows and automation using Power Automate
- Support and enhance existing SharePoint solutions (on-prem & online)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI/UX enhancements in SharePoint pages and Power Apps
- Ensure documentation and version control of all development work
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with:
- SharePoint 2013 / 2019 / Online
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (Flow)
- Experience in handling service tickets and change requests
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface design and customization
- Ability to develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, forms, and permissions
- Familiarity with integration of Power Platform apps into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
